(01)Overview

Home maintenance that runs itself.

Maintly is a home maintenance coordinator: homeowners add their property, choose the services they need, and the platform schedules, tracks and documents everything from a single dashboard.

As Founding Product Designer I shaped the product end to end — information architecture, onboarding, the service scheduling model, the property record, and the design system that carries the brand across web and mobile.

The goal — you shouldn't have to manage contractors or remember service dates. Maintly keeps everything coordinated, and proves it.

(02)Brand & Visual Language

Built from materials that endure.

Copper, patina and espresso — a palette drawn from the materials inside a home. The wordmark hides a roof in the "tt" ligature: the system that quietly supports the home from within.

Brand values
Reliability

Consistency builds trust — every reminder, every log.

Clarity

Cut through the noise and make the complex feel simple.

Warmth

The home is personal; the product should feel comfortable.

Empowerment

Owners stay in control of the home from within.

Voice & tone
  • Clear

Plain talk. No jargon, no industry vocabulary.

  • Reliable

We say what we'll do, then confirm that we did it.

  • Encouraging

Instructional, not demanding — never guilt the owner.

"The concierge, not the taskmaster." — Maintly writing principle

(03)The Problem

Owning a home is a full-time coordination job.

01

Homeowners juggle contractors across texts, calls and paper receipts

02

Service dates are forgotten until something breaks

03

No proof that maintenance was ever documented

04

Subscriptions feel unfair for services used a few times a year

Homeowners don't need another app to check — they need to stop wondering whether anything was handled.

(04)How It Works

Three steps to a well-maintained home.

01
Add your property

Tell us about your home — address, type, year built. It takes two minutes; everything after that is handled.

02
Set up your services

Choose what needs maintaining: HVAC, lawn care, pool, pest control and more, each on its own cadence.

03
All handled

Services get scheduled and coordinated, completions are logged, and the home stays on track.

(05)The Solution

Everything coordinated — and documented.

  • One dashboard for every service, date and contractor
  • Recurring schedules — weekly lawn, 60-day AC, quarterly pest control
  • A property care record with photo uploads as proof of work
  • Credits instead of subscriptions — pay only for what you use
